The Plot
The Outing is a 2023 Thai television series that follows the story of a group of friends embarking on a life-changing trip. Tara, a kind-hearted but introverted young woman, finds herself at a crossroads in her life.
Feeling unfulfilled and yearning for connection, she hesitantly accepts an invitation from her outgoing friend group to join them on a getaway to a secluded island.
The group, consisting of the adventurous Nam, the supportive Oil, and the enigmatic Sky, each carries their own baggage and hidden desires.
As they venture beyond the familiar, the island’s natural beauty and the intimacy of their shared experiences begin to peel back their layers, revealing their vulnerabilities and unspoken truths.
Tara, initially hesitant to let loose, gradually finds herself drawn out by the warmth and acceptance of her friends. She starts to take part in their carefree adventures, from exploring hidden coves to participating in playful challenges.
As they engage in heart-to-heart conversations under the starlit sky, Tara opens up about her struggles with self-doubt and her longing to find her place in the world.
Meanwhile, the trip also unearths hidden tensions within the group. Nam, the seemingly fearless leader, harbors insecurities about her relationships.
Oil, the ever-reliable friend, grapples with unspoken feelings for someone within the group.
Sky, shrouded in an air of mystery, holds a secret that threatens to disrupt their newfound closeness.
As the friends navigate these personal journeys, they encounter unexpected challenges that test their bonds.
A sudden storm forces them to rely on each other for survival, pushing them to confront their fears and hidden strengths.

How To Use This Subtitle
This following guide will teach you how to add or configure this subtitle file in your video.
Here we go:
How to Add Subtitle to MX Player
Step 1: Search and download your film or TV series subtitles from our website or elsewhere, and check if they are in a zip or normal SRT file. If it is in zip format, then you might need to extract it before proceeding to the next step.
Step 2: Move your subtitle file to the folder of your video, and if possible, rename the subtitle file to match the name of your video; that way, it will be automatically added to your video as soon as you start playing it on your video player.
Step 3: Or open your MX Player > Folders > and tap on your video.
Step 4: Tap on the subtitle button located at the top-right side, then the “Open” option, navigate to your subtitle folder, and tap on it to load it.
After you have successfully added your subtitle file to the video, if you notice a syncronization problem, you can use the same subtitle icon to access the syncronization settings of your subtitle and make some adjustments.
As we said earlier, adding a subtitle to your video shouldn’t be a problem. Cheers to you!
How to Add Subtitle to VLC Player
We will simplify things here and manage to wrap things up in no more than three steps.
For Android users:
Step 1: Download your subtitle from our website or elsewhere and extract it if it is in zip format. Then launch your VLC player, locate your video, and start playing it.
Step 2: Tap on the screen to reveal playback controls. Then find a subtitle icon (?) and tap on it.
Step 3: Then tap on “Add Subtitle File,” locate it, and tap on it to load it. If you have multiple subtitle tracks and they’re all imported, then you might need to select the appropriate subtitle track by tapping on “Subtitle Track” and choosing your desired language or version.
Tips ?: If you don’t have a subtitle file, you can use the automatic search feature to look for your video’s subtitle or even use the AI translation feature. However, by adding your subtitle file to the same folder as your video and renaming it to match the video’s name, you won’t have to manually import your subtitle file.
For iOS users:
Step 1: Download your subtitle (SRT) file from our website or elsewhere, and extract it if it is in zip format. Then rename it to match the name of your video and add it to the same directory (folder) as your video.
Step 2: If you have done what you were asked to do in Step 1, then your VLC player should automatically detect and load the associated subtitle file into your video.
Step 3: If it doesn’t work, then tap on the screen, select the “Subtitles” tab, tap on “Add Subtitle File,” locate your subtitle file, and tap on it to load it.
Tips ?: If you noticed a sync issue related to your subtitle, you can adjust the sync in the subtitle settings of your player. And what you should do is look for either the “Subtitle Delay” or “Subtitle Syncronization” options and adjust the sync using them. However, if you have multiple subtitle files added to your video, you can switch between them in the “Subtitles” menu using the “Subtitle Track” option.
For PC users:
Step 1: Download your subtitle from our website or elsewhere and check if it is in zip format or a normal SRT file. If it is in zip format, then you might need to extract it.
Step 2: Open your video player and add your video, or open your video on the VLC player and play it.
Step 3: In the navigation menu, arranged horizontally, click on “Subtitle,” then “Add Subtitle File,” and navigate to your subtitle location and click on it to load it.
Tips?: At times, you don’t need to stress yourself that much; you only need to rename your subtitle file to match your video file and add it in the same folder as your video. It will be automatically added as soon as you play your video.
